SYS Expands Access to Safe Water with Nazava

Shayashone PLC (SYS) recently reintroduced the Nazava Water Filter to the market, ensuring that more households can access clean water without the need for boiling or chemical treatments. During a stakeholder session in Bahir Dar, where cooperative unions, regional water offices, and zonal representatives were present, we demonstrated Nazava’s innovative filtration technology as a cost-effective, sustainable, and efficient solution for safe drinking water. Participants had the opportunity to see the filter in action, understand its impact, and discuss strategies for expanding its reach within their communities. The response was overwhelmingly positive; stakeholders welcomed Nazava’s return and expressed strong interest in collaborating to promote its adoption across the region. They acknowledged its potential to reduce health risks, lower household expenses, and improve access to clean water in both urban and rural areas.
